Overview

Sewing thread made of core-spun yarn. Core yarns generally consist of two fibers. There are two kinds of core-coating methods: one is that the filaments are wrapped on the short fiber core yarn, and the other is that the short fibers are wrapped on the filament core yarn. The core yarn used as a sewing thread generally uses a filament (multifilament) as a core yarn and a staple fiber as a staple fiber. The sewing thread made of the core yarn of this yarn forming structure can combine the advantages of both the core yarn and the wrapping yarn, thereby forming a very high quality sewing thread, which can be used for industrial high speed sewing. The strength of the core spun yarn mainly depends on the core yarn properties, while the friction and heat resistance properties depend on the yarn wrapping. The sewing thread is dry and uniform, wear-resisting, soft thread quality, and good seamability.

Variety

Raw materials are chemical fiber and natural fiber. Different raw materials are used as core yarn and wrap yarn, and cotton fiber, polyester staple fiber or viscose staple fiber are outsourced and can be spun into polyester-cotton- core yarn. Polyester/polyester core yarn or polyester/viscose core/core yarn. The nylon core yarn is used as the core yarn, which is wrapped with cotton fiber or viscose fiber, and can also be made of nylon cotton core yarn and nylon viscose core-spun yarn. Among them, polyester-cotton core-spun yarn is the most commonly used, and two strands are generally processed into sewing threads. It is mainly used for sewing all kinds of fabrics, such as various garment coats, shirts, shoes and hats, etc. It can be used especially for sewing thick materials such as shirt collars.
